Frostletics is a comprehensive hockey development company that offers skills training, teams for all levels, and off-ice services to improve in-game play. These programs support the needs of youth hockey players in a manner that is cost-effective for their families. Our aim is to create a culture that fosters excellence on the ice and builds valuable life skills off the ice.

The foundation of our company is respect. We expect our players and families to respect us, so we must lead by example by creating a culture where everyone is mindful of our collective goals.
It is our goal to strive for excellence, whether that is on the ice or in the boardroom. Our standards will remain high; we are always going to push the boundaries of what we can do as a business and that will translate to our players on the ice.
As hockey professionals, we understand the importance of continuous development. Our players must continually improve if they want to make it to the next level. To that point, it is imperative the hockey operations staff mirrors that continuous improvement mantra. We must challenge ourselves to get better as leaders, whether that is through continuous learning courses or through investing our personal time into keeping up with current trends/ideas in coaching.
One of the big problems in this market is a lack of belief; we are going to actively change that sentiment. For too long, local players have been told they have no chance; it is our job to lead the path forward and show everyone that this market has the same potential as any other market in the country.
We work in sports, so we must promote a fun environment. Getting to the professional level is a grueling endeavor, however, we must ensure our players, and ourselves, are enjoying the process, regardless of the outcome!
