FullThrottle

Off-Season training is meant to correct fundamental skill and playing deficiencies. We

emphasize the key components of playing success: skating and stick skills. This maximizes value and optimizes time. Each on-ice skills session will consist of power skating, stickhandling and position specific skills.

Working on fundamental skills is one thing, being able to translate them to the game is

another. Our model dedicates (1) ice time per week to game play. It is imperative that skill development coincides with some form of game play. This concurrent form of comprehensive training allows our staff to reinforce skill development through practical application.

FT Spring - Summar 2025

Our spring/summer program guide is meant to educate, inspire and facilitate the development of this hockey community. Our Frostletics FULL THROTTLE Off-Season Programming is designed to help players improve all facets of their game; while being mindful of the mental and physical rigors of the playing season.

Our periodized approach to training emphasizes the technical aspects of fundamental skill development in the early off-season, then transitions to more practical, competitive and game-like situations as the hockey season nears.
